Sure it's collectible, but don't retire. BU 64s are readily available. I have buckets of them to give away to kids at shows.

Yes, it's old and collectible for someone starting a collection but only worth 1 cent in that condition. These are easy to find in low level mint state grades and typically sell for about 10-20 cents at best.

Worth nearly 3 cents for its copper. If we ever demonetize the cent, like Canada, they will be worth much more as scrap copper.
