You seldom see Indian half eagles with this much wear; I'd be at XF-40 maximum. There are a lot of small marks and scratches that reduce eye appeal. Overall it almost looks like an ex-jewelry piece.

Mint marks on these coin are often weak. I have a 1913-S in NGC 55 and the S is pretty much a blob. On your coin the S is even weaker.

The new photos suggest less wear so I'm revising my estimate to XF-45 details. Surfaces don't look original: polished, cleaned, or ex-jewelry are possible scenarios. If I owned this coin I'd be looking to trade it towards a more pleasing example.
