Hi all, hope everyone had a wonderful weekend!

I started looking through many Ike dollars from 1971 through 1978.

I read that the 1972 type 2 has an error one the Moon, where the the islands underneath the state of Florida are just lines instead of the actual islands shown on type 1.

What do you guys think?

Thank you!

Oh, and ummm I thought it had to be just the Philadelphia minted to have the 3 possible reverses, that the Denver mint doesn't count here .

The rare Type 2 only appeared on P minted coins.
I believe all Denver minted coins are type 3.
Also that is not the Moon, it is Earth.

Here is a photo of Type 2 showing the lines south of Florida
