Got a pic of the back of a (not great condition 69D no fg?)...
Is this in fact a NO FG? Do these have "Faint" hints of FG...thx for any help. Its not greatest of shape but if is in fact one...will prob keep..

There need to be zero left of the FG for it to be considered a no FG. I think I still see a bit of the FG. Even if it was a no FG or even a floating roof those are die events and add little if any premium. Some people like to find them and keep them, and some people even buy them, to each their own I guess.

It is an over polished die. Probably a floating roof. But they were hot, and now they know they are a die event. Not a design issue. They can happen on any die on any year of Memorial design coin. Same as will all the other missing items from other coins. They were there, but were polished off. The slabbing companies are the ones making the money on these. Just a normal coin to me.
