Looks like the going rate at the moment is around the $6 mark.

I didn't get any bids when I auctioned one of these starting at $2 a few years ago. Maybe I should try again. I've got hundreds of rabbit ears coins.

Just a small premium, maybe $2 - $3, but would be negatively affected by the 'red' stain on the reverse. If a buyer waited, there would probably be better versions available without the stain for a similar price. They are fairly common.

As the coin is now 24yrs old, a soak in 100% pure acetone (from Bunnings) not nail polish remover might remove it, rinse off with clear water, pat it dry, but no rubbing. Probably can't make it any worse.

I would not usually advise soaking/cleaning a coin, but this one is pretty much cactus already. Quite a few dings and knocks visible.
