This one is a little beat up and sometimes I want to see something that might not be there. So I've highlighted what I believe are the key areas of doubling, in hopes that someone familiar with this RPM could verify for me. Thank you!!!!

I don't believe your coin is the rpm shown in the Cherry Pickers Guide. Yours may or may not be a rpm but rather just severe circulation flattening. I could be wrong, just my opinion.

The damage would reduce the value of this coin a lot.

You've got it. While the circulation stuff does muffle the RPM a bit, it is still quite visible and the mint mark position and angle are fairly unique to this RPM.
