I'm pretty sure this is a Juchid Mongol coin. It's 16mm and 1.3g. There are many photos and listings on zeno and so far I have had no luck narrowing down an attribution.

I think it's Tokhtamysh Khan, Sarai mint. The reverse needs rotating 90 degrees clockwise. It has a date at the bottom, 789.

The obverse has (IMO) the look of a Yarmaq - Toqta - (Qrim mint).
I can't make out any tamgha on the reverse.
This one has similarities with the obverse.

The size and weight are on the money.

Hopefully someone with more Golden Horde experience will chime in

Edit : Totally missed the date. definitely 78? maybe 9, which eliminates my theory. Nicely spotted, John.

Yes I think 9, as the examples from that date fit.
