Pretty sure this one's showing a die crack that runs from just left of the "C" in Cent across the top of the E, above the N, across the top of the T, up through the bottom right corner of the memorial and through the top of the G of the designers initials over to the edge of the coin.

Hard to capture a good photo with it being in the case.

Taking pics of proof coins is really tough because they are so shiny. From this current photo though, I agree with @dear that it looks more like a plating bubble.

Very nice pic of a proof coin,what are you using? I agree with a linear trail gas bubble not a die crack.

Does the plating bubble hurt the value of the set in any way?

The rest of the coins appear to have some toning going on. Or just some sort of tarnish.
