The photo of your coin prompted me to think that MS-69 is too high an estimate for such a coin, there are a lot of scratches. I think this is a maximum of MS-65. On the '95, the sun looks smaller and a missing ray below the L. Probably other differences too that we can't see from these pics. Whoops, sorry folks, I replied after only reading the first page of comments without realizing that there were 2 more pages.
