I have 2 different $2 bills One is a green seal from 1995 the other is a red seal from 1953c. The back are completely different. On the backs the top one is the 1995 and bottom is 1953c

The 1995 is worth $2.
The 1953-C is worth less than $20 because of condition. Here is a sold one in nicer condition that sold for $18 https://www.ebay.com/itm/1266933303...-C+%242+note
