I have an '82-D Sm Date Zinc Lincoln with what looks like a die gouge and raised dots on the obverse. Anyone ever see one? I'm assuming a damaged die.

Looks like linear plating bubbles. Part of Zincoln's curse.

and the "dots" are just plated over "dirt".
