This is a US Penny. Looks like 1949 and weighs only 1.64 g, very thin coin. Has anyone ever seen one like this ? Why would this happen? Thanks

To CCF! Your coin was shrunken by acid. It's PMD, not an error coin. https://www.error-ref.com/acid-shrunk-coins/
