Most of the demand for Russian Imperial coins comes from Russians, in Russia, and they're having difficulty buying from Western sellers with the Ukraine war and sanctions and all that. For the rest of us, it's really just a bullion coin now. A dealer might try to sell it to you for a 10% premium, but I don't think anyone would happily pay that much, unless they had a hunch gold was going to relaunch again real soon.
