I'm leaning towards MS63 as well, though the hits below the cheek are hard to ignore and might hold it back. Also lots of abrasions across the cheek and neck.

High end MS-63, just too many marks for a 64.

I agree with the Indian, too many marks to rate an MS64, so MS63 it is...

Good strike, excellent frost and luster, a lot of tiny contact marks which are certainly more obvious in the photos than when you view the coin in person. Looks better than a 63 but too many marks for a 65, so I think MS-64 is correct. Very nice Morgan.

the 90(S) was a strong/bold strike year. yours is average for the year. i'd say the breast is a tad weak though. the obv has some missing luster across the cheek. a reeding hit under the eye. looks like some discoloration between the B and U. some pin pricks in front of the mouth. a good amount of chatter above the eye, cheek and neck areas as well as under the chin. a small tick on the rev rim at K10 and a few light marks in the rev fields.
this one is fairly easy to place in a box. its not bad enough for a MS62 and the above will keep it out of the MS64 box.

I'd put this one at MS-62. Maybe jaded from my CACG grades, but the hits are in main focal areas (lower jaw to under her eye). Still a very attractive dollar.
