I think the grade is VF because there is no separation of the individual feathers in the left wing of the eagle. The right wing looks a little better but sits undeareath toning. But the left wing puts it at VF.
In addition, it looks like a details coin because there are what looks like two large spots of corrosion in Liberty's neck. Enlarging that area appears to show that it is not smooth datk toning over an intact surface but metal seems to have been disturbed in those dark areas. Still seems like a reasonable price paid for the coin in spite of the issues.

the glare from the holder and a little out of focus doesn't help assessing the surfaces. in the future you should take coins out of their holders  VF details (ED)
