Not sure what you are considering an error,
all I see is a misaligned die that is within spec.

fodegrass, why are your pictures always "foggy"? When my pictures look like this it's because the lens on my phone has a smudge.

Since one side of the 12-sided polygon near "#2349;#2366;#2352;#2340;" is actually longer than the corresponding sides on a normal #8377;20 coin. That suggests the edge itself changed shape, not just the position of the design, hence it is not a misaligned die
