From what I can see, I would grade this at least AU-58.

Odd; I'm usually less conservative than echizento.

I'd expect to see a stronger strike on a Philadelphia Morgan than this - AU53-ish, in my opinion.

I like AU 53. (Some wear on the coin, but even on all high points).

Still VERY nice!

I forgot you also wanted a valuation (just my opinion of course...).

With a mintage of 19,183,000 it's certainly not rare. I would pay no more than around $27.
