This could have been dropped by anyone visiting the area. As it was farming country in those days. Sap Moderator Australia 16948 Posts	Posted Yesterday 12:45 am Hello and welcome. It's hard for us to tell which coin you have, since all predecimal coins have the same design on the obverse. It *looks* like a 1948-1951 threepence? Assuming it's a threepence, it's made of 50% silver, so will certainly not be worthless, even if it has minimal collector premium.
