I've come close on this one, but can't quite find a match. It's a Duke of Burgundy, Margrave of Moravia. The reverse matches with this Bohemia Ferdinand II https://en.numista.com/223741, however, the obverse is different. Most notably the EX is missing on the one in the link. Also, the profile is different, most notably the hair string.

@jad, I'm fairly sure that you have the correct attribution on this coin. Note that coins of this era often had many, slightly different inscriptions and in fact the numista page that you linked includes the comment:

Yours is dated 1624 (as you note), but there are also likely many slightly different variations for this year too.
