I am going to get my Flying Eagle 1858 SL certified by PCGS, but I need help. It is a Breen #1933, which is listed as "very rare" and Snow told me it was "scarce". This coin also has a -30deg die rotation which makes this coin unique in combination with the Breen designation.

I need help in how to submit this to PCGS to do this unique coin justice. Will they honor the Breen #1933? The die rotation? Or both?

Thanks, I attached a couple of scans of it. It has mint luster in person but it isn't coming through on the scan.

PCGS does not attribute Flying Eagles.

Perhaps a little bit..

I'm reconsidering submitting this because I either have to be a member of PCGS or send it through a dealer.

ANACS is probably your best bet. They don't require membership, they certify Breen numbers, and they will slab cleaned/problem coins. Your cent looks nice but I wonder about the color. It may not be original in which case ANACS would slab it as a problem coin. I could easily be wrong, of course!
