My Grade Thought: MS66+
Concerns: Excessive reverse scratches.
Pros: Decent Obverse.

I'm no expert..But probably lower than MS66

, I'm pretty confident saying that isn't very close to being an MS-66... Plus some rim damage... better off spending it...

MS 66 needs to be pretty much free of all that stuff (scratches and nicks)
