Introducing my just purchased 1871 Seated Liberty dollar at the link below. I've been keeping an eye out for one for about 2 years. Very, very few met my eye appeal standards and were within my budget. Then along came a couple of odd jobs and some mad money and you see the results. I paid $299, which I think is somewhere in the fair price range. I was able to track down the previous sale and it was indeed in an ANACS VF-30 slab. The pictures capture the coin perfectly. Let me know what you think. I'm not certain it would get a VF-30 again, but it's a big hole for me to fill and with a max budget of $300 for the spot, I'm really happy. Thanks.

Beautiful coin. I am looking for one at reasonable price as well. When ever I get a decent amount of mad money, I keep on getting attracted to those more difficult morgans and forget about the seated liberty.
I think the reverse is at least XF,the obverse probably got a vf due to the hits and the wear over liberty's leg and LIBERTY.............BEAUTIFUL COIN......and a very good deal I would say.....enjoy it

That is a great coin for the price - you'd be hard pressed to pull off a bargain like that again!

It's gonna be a great feeling when you have that one in it's slot in your 7070!

Very, very nice hole filler. A great addition to your 7070 album.

Thanks, everyone. It's now in the 7070 and looks awesome. I wasn't quite sure if I would ever see those 2 Seated Liberty dollar holes filled, but now they are. I'm glad the expected snipe didn't occur. Anyway, 3 to go...Braided Hair Half Cent, Bay Bridge Half and Oregon Trail Half. Good luck in your searches.
