I would say f-12 to vf-20 but because of the rim ding I would place it at f-12. I dont think this is a variety so I would say value would be $120-$150. I'm not super experianced in this area but someone else will chime in.

I have an ICCS VF20 and I would say this one is close! F18 to VF20
