2 Common ('85 And '96) Morgans - What Should I Offer?

Cleaning out my mother-in-laws house I came across a small stash of coins including these two common Morgans. My mother-in-law is in assisted living and my brother-in-law is managing her affairs. He knows I sell on ebay and told me to get what I could for these and the money would go back to my mother-in-law. I decided I'd rather just keep them. I'm NOT a Morgan guy. What's a fair amount for me to give him for these two? Also - I'm guessing they're AU-ish...?

$35-45 each would be a pretty solid deal for those, they look like AU/MS sliders, but pretty, I'm sure they would either be AU 55/58's or MS 63/64's

i would say in the 25 to 35 range.

They're worth about $40 each. Offer somewhere around that. They're beautiful coins!
