A quick images.google.com search for "solid civitat gedan" shows this coin was issued on a round planchet.

It hasn't been purchased...but I did find it on ebay.

What I can't imagine is why it would have been "faked". It doens't stike me as a high value coin, or of extreme symbolism etc...

Danzig is a populary collectors area in germany (and poland)
you can buy theese fakes normaly on fleemarkets or touristic points in Danzig and other cities in poland.

In fact it brings a few euros to the seller.
