I think I found one similar 2 Albus KM44 from Cologne but this one is 1653, not listed on Krause, anyone has the German Catalog (Schon) to help me with this one? Thanks all!! If so, then I think that it is an 8 Heller (4 Pfennig) rather than a 2 Albus (which should be more like 20 mm in diameter). The obv (your second pic, but needs to be rotated clockwise about 60°) has the inscription MAXIM HENR DG ARCH and the rev has the inscription COLON PR ELECT BD. I would attribute your coin as KM #42.
