Hope you keep posting, it is not easy learning the differences and what to look for. Others will be along as well. Report this Post to the Staff

It's tough to tell from the close up (generally, full obverse and reverse pictures before the close ups are the most helpful), but it could be wear or late die state. There is no premium associated with later die stages solely because they are late die states. It's worth face value. It would be a waste of money to submit it for grading.
