XF-45, probably AU something if graded by a u.s. grading service.

EF45, not enough lustre for a higher grade from ICCS.

I have a 1900 5 cent similar to this one, in the sense the it has very original surfaces and great detail, looks EF but got graded VF-30 by ICCS. IMO your coin is still an EF at least.
