1992D Lincoln Cent: couple question on this coin
Is this a DD on mint Mark? Pictures taken in different angle so it is not a shadow.
What is the patterns on obverse side?
What type of doubling on reverse side? Above the R and C in America but top of most of the letters in United States of America

I think you mean RPM? In what year did they stop minting RPM's? Reverse looks like split copper plating.

I agree with @john1 that you have some split plating doubling. With regard to the mintmark, it most likely is a little bit of zinc rot pushing up on the copper plating.
