Nope. If it were normal on one side and looked like that on the other, then it would be a printing error. This looks like somebody just took an uncut sheet of bills and then miscut them on purpose.

I agree with everyone. I consider it a Faux Error. Regular issue notes went up to L96000000A .... everything with higher serial numbers would be on BEP issued sheets.
