This is a 1983 Philadelphia Lincoln Cent. Lincoln is missing from the monument. The coin is in good shape. I compared to a similar one in worse case I can still see Lincoln.

It means a mint worker polished the die and removed Lincoln.

Actually a very nice example of die abrasion. Not worth money, but a saver if you are building an error type set.

Old Lincoln is still there but rubbed out. Ya can still see his tiny lil head and shoulders.
