Hello folks ;
Looking again through my old coins again I find this Lincoln
penny thinking it might be a double die obv.
Its funny Iam having a hard time really seeing this coin and the detail I would like to have the right angle and light,sometimes it looks like a double die and other angles I dont see it.
Any suggestions for the best viewing of coins like this.
I have a scanner and that's what you see here, I also photo graphed with digital microscope, also with a good 22 megabit camera.
Im thinking a better digital microscope .
Anyway this is whats going on .
Thanks for looking
Dan

I'm sorry to say that all I see is a very worn 1970 S Lincoln Cent.

Coinfrog
I went outside in the day light and used my little magnifying glass and it is true I believe on the ONE CENT and the STATES OF America has a lot also a lot of doubling showing through.

Not really seeing anything. So far, it's a spender.

What you are seeing is some minor Machine Doubling.
