It is cool. Try checking ebay sold values, and that would be the best place to sell it.

If you are a note collector because of the low face value, definitely a keeper.
ebay would be the best way to move it on.

Nice note. I like 7-of-a-Kind notes, especially when the oddball number is at one end or the other. Seeing seven 1's in a row is impressive and desirable. Collectors like 1s, 7s, 8s and 9s the most and I agree with John1 about ebay being the best venue for selling it. You could describe the condition as VF+. I'm sure someone will want it.
