The obverse image is a very low resolution enlargement. The image compression format--very likely .jpeg origin--causes photo details to be very soft, clumpy, and fluid-like. Gets worse when enlarged. Look at all the other 'possible' shapes suggested on other surface areas--like the small rotated D just to the right of the mint mark, or the sitting bird with the yellow leg a ways above the 99 (date).

And consider, the phantom '46 appears to be made from a much smaller type font than used for the 1996 date. The 1946 date was not that small--search google for legit '46 wheat cents, and check the size of the numbers.

Sorry I was only going on what I was told on Facebook I was trying to Get a possible confirm figured it wasn't anyting Ml Definitely interesting though I've never seen one like this likely it's just the zinc pennies But the T on the back That is odd There is no zinc Rot It's actually part of the T so that doesn't make any sense why it's like that it's like it doesn't even fit coin seems to be a little bit off-center maybe that's why that's doing that Maybe mad And on the back the The entire coin bowls in word like a bowl

I guess if they look at it long enough, it will become whatever they want it to be. Plus grammar, punctuation and run on sentences could also be an tell-tail indication.

Can you post a clearer picture of the reverse? Maybe we can figure out what is going on with the T.
