I'd be really grateful if anyone can identify this Denarius for me. It's unusual in that it has a bust on both sides of the coin (different busts on each side).

But it looks very off-centre and the beading is a bit off. What is the weight?

Thanks for the speedy response John. Unfortunately I haven't anything that will weigh it accurately - it's 4grams on the kitchen scales.
