I fear that with ancients not in very good condition we can never prove they are genuine. Absent metal analysis of the damaging kind.
With photos all we can look for is things indicative of fakes, casting of effects of modern strikes or die tooling. I do not see that here.
Can not say anything on style about this type. Only that looks nice.
Bit of excess metal on the shield border at 4h? It may have been a die flaw.
