Found a 25c DDO today. There are a few listed on VV and Wexler that are similar but cannot find any matching markers on mine. Doubling south on the ear and south on the hair above the ear.

Found this 2019 Cayman Islands 25c piece today in a Loomis quarter roll. Nice mirror like finishes, a nickel plated steel coin. This would appear to have been the last year minted.
