How Should I Sell Gold Coins? - Coin Community Forum

au_investor_4732 New Member 2 Posts	Posted Today 5H 46M ago As I have explained in my intro post at https://goccf.com/t/491692, I'm an accidental gold investor as a result of being power of attorney for my aunt, and I intend to sell her gold and silver coins. The coins include Krugerrands, Canadian $50 gold pieces, Chinese panda coins, silver US dollar coins, and silver US half dollar coins. I'll make sure to research these coins, post photos of them on the appropriate forum here at Coin Community, and figure out how much they should sell for. But once I do that, what is my best option for selling coins? Please keep in mind that I do not want to ship them somewhere, because there are just too many things that can go wrong along the way. Should I go to a coin show so that I can present my coins to multiple gold/silver dealers and see which one offers the best price? Should I go to several local gold/silver dealers and see which one offers me the best price? Report this Post to the Staff
