Greetings all just got through research in this 1882 Indian had sent. Is this the fs 301, broken 2, or doubling in the word America and Liberty. It's pretty confusing to me with all the, I think their die chips going on. But where the one shows up four times on neck and the pearls etc it looks like the same pictures as wexlers. And then look at the word States. Are those huge die chips? And it seems the St in States is further apart than supposed to be there's a big space on each side of the a in the first a in States. Also America some of the letters look doubled. On the reverse, more die chips the words one cent looks doubled as well as parts of the wreath. The ribbon that ties the wreath bottom middle that looks split and that doubling? As always it's a very enjoyable coming out here and learning

With your questions in regard to doubling, the design has what's known as "Longacre doubling" (named after the designer) so I would recommend viewing a MS coin to compare your coin to.
Maybe check out PCGS/photograde.com.

Waiting on better photos to help further.....
