howell1018 Pillar of the Community United States 738 Posts	Posted Yesterday 12:47 am How about a commemorative series for "Sports Heroes?" There would be a near endless supply of potential subjects! I'm thinking Ruth, Gehrig, Grange, Baugh, Chamberlain, Russell....the list goes on. They could even select 5 from an individual sport each year. As the Olympics are coming to L.A. in 2028 they could issue coins for Olympic standouts. Continuing the sports theme, how about coins depicting pro team logos? Seems kind of offbeat to me, but if they can put comic book heroes on a coin why not the logos of your favorite sports team? Collect them all! Report this Post to the Staff
