I'll use process of elimination for my guess. I don't think it's a US or Canuck cent, so gotta go with 1981 Barbados 1 cent.

So you might be mad at me for this one. The 1980 Panama Un Centesimo is a "1 cent", only in spanish. Rather, it isn't a cinco centiesimo or an un peso.

Not mad at you, but that was not in the spirit of the game because it does not have "1 cent" wording. That's like saying, "Is this coin a centesimo" and counting "1 cents" as in.
