You have the coin in hand, but on my end just looks like circulation flattening as far as the obverse goes. Now the rpm might be.

Hmm...yeah, it's a mild one, especially revisiting after posting last night. It does have wear as well.
Looking at the available photos again, you can make out what remains of a die scratch coming off the back of the upper loop of the 3 - that's perhaps the best marker comparing to Wexler's other than what I'm seeing.
When I get home I'll get a better shot of "19" and the MM, and see if I can find the listed die scratch marker in the field. The E has a small hit right where that marker would lie, of course...
