I think it is almost certainly from the Le Chameau since that's the only shipwreck that had these coins. They are exceedingly rare, from what I can glean, outside of the wreck coins. For this particular date and variety NGC graded 4 with 2 finer. Two were AU details.
I have a feeling when NGC grades shipwreck coins the "shipwreck effect" or "saltwater damage" is probably assumed even if there's not much evidence for it. I couldn't see much pitting under 10x magnification, or other visible damage. And the surfaces look AU/MS.
