Pulled this out of the silver scrap bin at the local camera store. I am pretty terrible at varieties, is this one correct for the Accented Hair variety?  |

I don't think so. The Accented Hair variety is only for proofs and the I of Liberty is missing a serif.

Can you get a better image of this outside of that plastic holder please? Right now this coin looks like a business strike coin, but that just may be the plastic over it. The hair details does look a lot like my Accent hair Kennedy, soo..  |

As Hondo said, on the accented hair variety the "I" in LIBERTY is missing the serif on the lower left.
Yours doesn't seem to be missing that serif.
Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.
We need to consume them regularly to thrive and grow.

More images are unnecessary. You can clearly see the
serif is missing on the left bottom of the "I" in Liberty.
