In my teens I was collecting coins and comics (pretty much Archie type stuff). In 1969 when (yes) I was at the drug store (next door to our house) to get my batch of comics, a comic cover really grabbed my attention,.. Amazing Spider-Man #77. Long story short, and the rest is history,... I went full fledge comics. My only regrets are selling very cool collections because I had to, not because I wanted to. Report this Post to the Staff

Unfortunately my collection of comics, coins and stamps were all destroyed in a wild fire that destroyed our home in 1990. Fortunately my wife, children and pets we're all ok.
