Bought this coin in a coin lot on ebay for 30.00, plus 5.28 for shipping. This was one of three coins that was in the lot. https://www.ebay.com/itm/366070436091

Thank you, snailking1! It almost does seem like it. There's Split Plating on this one. This coin has seen quite a bit of circulation before being noticed and pulled out of circulation it seems.

Thank you, Dearborn. It's an Off Center strike, since the lettering on the reverse is cut off. A Broadstrike or Uncentered Broadstrike has to have all of the design intact. None of it can't be cut off or missing. https://www.error-ref.com/broadstrike-uncentered/

Thank you, Greasy Fingers! I was surprised at how much circulation this Off Center Cent has seen. I'm glad that it went to a good home. I'll appreciate it a lot more than someone that doesn't collect coins.
