Can you give some more detail on what you are doing and where it stops?

What's the complete file name, including the extension and the size? Uploading fine here.

I see no file names there. Those look like URLs or PC file paths.
You can't drag them from another web page. You have to have the images on your device and upload them.

tried that too. Tried to take a picture of the error to send and it won't even let me do that. Guess my picture showing days are over.

Are you choosing a file to upload from a list, not dragging the file to the upload box?

I don't know what to tell you. You still haven't provided a file name, type, or size.
I have no idea where you got.... /Users/jerrycolivas/Library/Group Containers/group.com.apple.Photos.PhotosFileProvider/File Provider Storage/draganddrop/uuid=55234AC9-5326-4287-BD08-3403CD5146F7&code=001&library=1&type=1&mode=1&loc=true&cap=true.jpeg/Users/jerrycolivas/Library/Group Containers/group.com.apple.Photos.PhotosFileProvider/File Provider Storage/draganddrop/uuid=D0217B4B-B01E-4F2F-BBC7-A66A7A0CEB28&code=001&library=1&type=1&mode=1&loc=true&cap=true.jpeg
That is not a file name. File names are just like mypic.jpg or mypic.png, or similar.

I wish I knew how to provide file name. I just click on the photo I am trying to upload and normally it worked. Not this time. I can't even add an image that I have previously used. IMG 1594 jpeg is first file name. IMG 1596 jpeg is second.
