This one is a little scruffy but figured it's still a pretty cool error coin.

Thanks folks! As for certification, no, this one just seems like one that won't be improved by slabbing it. Likely it would grade AU details. That said, I looked fairly closely at it and the high points don't really show much or any wear. It seems like this one really didn't circulate much but came out of the mint with rough edges and was mishandled with greasy fingers and maybe stored in an inappropriate material holder. Either way it has fairly low eye appeal although in hand does have a nice RB look to it if you don't use a loupe.
