Ottoman Egypt, 1/10 and 2/10 qirsh.
Dating Ottoman coins is complex and requires either some maths or a conversion table. They both bear the accession date 1293 in the Islamic calendar, converting to AD 1876, which is the reign of Abdul Hamid II. The 2/10 qirsh is dated Year 10, which would convert to AD 1884.
