Hello I'm very new to the world of coin errors.
This one seems to have a W in place of the "IN" GOD WE TRUST.
I dont have a microscope yet so I had to use my phone for pics.

That's just damage, possibly from a rolling or coin counting machine.

It's not a mint error but some form of post mint damage that moved the metal from IN into the present shape.

Most likely a Coin Wrapping Machine moved the "I" over.
This is quite common on wrapped coins.
